All injuries to players and volunteers occurring during a Little League activity should be reported to the Safety Officer.

Here is how:

1. Download the Little League Injury Report.
2. Complete the injury report, online.
3. Submit it to our Safety Officer as soon as possible. 

In general, an injury report should be completed when an incident occurs requiring use of the first aid kit, or if a player sits out of play following the incident. Coaches should contact the league safety officer at the end of the practice/game that the injury occurred and direct the parent/guardian to make contact immediately.
